935.01 CATV SYSTEMS RECOGNIZED AS PUBLIC UTILITY.

Community antenna television systems are hereby declared and recognized to be a public utility when operated or to be operated within the City.

(Ord. 188-1965. Passed 12-13-65.)

935.02 NECESSITY OF FRANCHISE.

Any person, firm or corporation operating or attempting to operate a community antenna television system within the City shall, before operating or attempting to operate such system, obtain a franchise for such operation according to the rules and regulations of the City. (Ord. 188-1965. Passed 12-13-65.)
