EDITOR’S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 98-2005, passed on July 25, 2005, the City has enacted an entire new Planning and Zoning Code which completely replaces the previous Parts Eleven and Seventeen of the Codified Ordinances. The new Cuyahoga Falls General Development Code is published separately by the City and copies are available at the City Hall.
Ordinance 62-2009, passed July 27, 2009 amends the Planning and Zoning Code, Part 11, with the adoption of the comprehensive amended Planning and Zoning Code, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of Council.
