927.04 CONNECTIONS REQUIRED.

No person, firm or corporation owning or using a water closet, bath or other sanitary fixture, shall operate the same in any manner unless it is properly connected to a municipal sanitary sewer, or a septic or other system approved by the Summit County Board of Health.

After the acceptance by the City Engineer of any newly constructed municipal sewer, notification shall be given to all property owners whose property abuts the improvement. Copies of such notification shall be given to the Building Department, the Utility Billing Department and the County Board of Health.
