927.05 DESTRUCTION OR REMOVAL OF SEWER FACILITIES.

No person, other than a duly authorized employee of the City, shall break or remove any portion of any manhole, lamphole, flush tank, cap or plug, or any part of any municipal sewer, except for the purpose of making a tap or connection in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
