927.09 SPECIFICATIONS AND INSPECTION FOR PRIVATE SEWERS.

No private sewer shall be constructed in any public highway except upon plans approved by the City Engineer, which plans must conform in all respects to the general standard of plans for such work. Such sewers shall be built to alignment and grades furnished by the Engineer and under the supervision of a City inspector, and to the current construction and supplemental specifications of the City. The expense of such inspection shall be paid for by the owner of such private sewer.
