927.99 PENALTY.

   Any person, firm, partnership or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter, or who shall fail to comply with any section or requirement thereof, or who shall assist in such violation or noncompliance, where no other penalty is provided, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to any penalty provided herein, if any person refuses to make required repairs within the 180 day time period provided herein and further refuses to permit the City to make the repairs as provided herein, the City shall impose a sewer utility surcharge equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the person’s monthly sewer charge. Said surcharge will remain in place until the required repairs are made.
