7.16.010   Veterinary surgeons to report contagious diseases.
7.16.020   Keeping tubercular animals prohibited.
7.16.030   Keeping horses afflicted with glanders prohibited.
7.16.040   Destruction of animals afflicted with tuberculosis or glanders.
7.16.010   Veterinary surgeons to report contagious diseases.
   Every veterinary surgeon practicing in the city shall immediately report, in writing, to the health officer every case of contagious pleuropneumonia, tuberculosis, foot and mouth disease, anthrax, Texas fever, actinomycosis, glanders, farcy, or hydrophobia with which any animal such veterinary surgeon shall treat or examine in the city shall be affected.
