7.16.040   Destruction of animals afflicted with tuberculosis or glanders.
   The health officer and the health officer’s designees are hereby empowered under such regulations as such officer may determine to cause the destruction of any animal found in the city afflicted with tuberculosis or horse affected with glanders.
