16R.18.010   Adoption of standards.
   All regulations adopted in the 2021 International Property Maintenance Code ("IPMC"), as promulgated and published by the International Code Council, hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein, shall regulate the minimum property maintenance requirements for existing buildings and premises in the city in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 16.16 and 16.62 of this code.
