All regulations set forth in the 2022 California Building Code, Appendix H, as promulgated in Part 2, Volume 2, Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein, shall constitute the sign standards of the city and shall apply to and govern the construction, alteration, moving, demolition, repair, maintenance, and use of any sign or sign structure in the City in accordance with the provisions of Section 16.06.040 and Chapter 19.74 of Title 19 of this code.
