A. A multi-story building designed for civic uses with an attached tower in the front. A civic building with projecting tower shall be placed on its site, and designed and constructed as set forth in Table 6-35.

B. Frontage types shall be as permitted by the applicable TND designation or as specified in the applicable regulatory plan.
C. All towers shall be designed and constructed in a manner that would permit an antenna for wireless telecommunications facilities to be located within the tower.
D. The main entrance to the ground floor shall be from the street.
E. On-site parking shall be in an underground garage, or may be surface or structural parking, or a combination of any of the above.
