19.84.020   Height standards.
   A.   Table 6-2 identifies the maximum number of stories and maximum building heights allowed on properties designated with each TND designation. Maximum heights for specific building types are set forth in Chapter 19.86.
   B.   For purposes of determining the maximum building height pursuant to this Division, the number of stories in a building shall not include a raised basement or inhabited attic. The height in feet shall be measured from the grade at the finished sidewalk adjacent to the building frontage to an imaginary plane located the allowed number of feet above and parallel to the grade at the finished sidewalk.
