16.12.100   Certificates of occupancy and connection approvals - Development within special flood hazard areas.
   A certificate of occupancy or connection approval required by this chapter for any building, structure, or building service equipment located on a lot or parcel within a special flood hazard area as defined in the floodplain regulations adopted by this title shall not be issued by the building official unless and until all of the certifications required as part of the floodplain standards adopted by or pursuant to such regulations have been filed with the building official.
