16.12.090   Connection approval - Temporary connection.
   The building official may authorize the temporary connection of building service equipment to a source of energy, fuel, or power for purposes of testing the building service equipment or for use in connection with the occupancy of a building or structure pursuant to a temporary certificate of occupancy.
