2-8-130 Penalties.
   Any alderman who wilfully fails to comply with Section 2-8-050, Section 2-8-051, Section 2-8-070 or Section 2-8-110 shall be subject to censure or suspension as provided in the City Council’s Rules of Order and Procedure.
