§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates §§ 110.02, 110.03, 110.07, 110.08, 110.09, and 110.10 shall be fined not more than $100 or shall be prohibited from exhibiting, using, or permitting to be used pinball machines for a period not to exceed one year, or both.
   (B)   Whoever violates §§ 110.11, 110.60, and 110.65 shall be fined not more than $100.
   (C)   Whoever violates §§ 110.15 and 110.16 shall be fined, for the first offense not less than $10 or more than $200, and for the second offense not less than $25 or more than $500.
   (D)   Whoever violates § 110.17 shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense.
   (E)   Whoever violates §§ 110.21, 110.22, or 110.23 shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense.
   (F)   Whoever violates §§ 110.26, 110.27, 110.28, and 110.30 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (G)   Whoever violates §§ 110.41 or 110.42 shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense.
   (H)   Whoever violates § 110.51 shall be fined for the first offense not less than $10 nor more than $300; for the second offense not less than $50 nor more than $300; for a third or subsequent offense not less than $100 nor more than $500, or imprisoned in the workhouse for a period of not more than 30 days, or both.
   (I)   Any violation of any provision of §§ 110.70 through 110.78 shall, upon conviction, be punishable as a minor misdemeanor for a first offense. Any subsequent violation shall, upon conviction, be punishable as a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
