§ 110.09 DISTRIBUTOR'S REPORT.
Every distributor shall furnish, prior to the fifth day of January, April, July, and October of each year, to the chief of police, a duplicate list of all new contracts for the sale, leasing, or renting of one or more amusement machines entered into during the preceding quarter with persons doing business in the city, and giving the names and addresses of the persons and dates of the contracts. The chief of police shall file one copy in his office and one copy with the auditor’s office. The police department shall use these quarterly listings to check the exhibitors to see that the proper fees have been paid and that the proper license is displayed on each amusement machine as noted. It is further provided that no licensed amusement machine shall be moved from one location to another or from one room to another on the same premises, unless the new location shall be approved by the chief of police and duly noted on the chief's records.
