§ 110.78 LICENSE SUSPENDED.
   (A)   The safety-service director may suspend any license for the balance of the 30-day period for any of the following reasons:
      (1)   The use of any fraud, misrepresentation, trick, or deception in making calls;
      (2)   The refusal of the licensee to exhibit the license issued under §§ 110.70 through 110.78 to any official or police officer of the city or to any resident or occupant upon request;
      (3)   The representation upon the application form, or otherwise, that the licensee is an employee, agent, or representative of any person which the licensee does not, in fact, represent;
      (4)   The refusal or failure of the licensee to leave the property or premises of others when requested to leave by the owner or occupant thereof;
      (5)   The making of any false statement or misrepresentation by the licensee to gain entrance to any building or structure within the city;
      (6)   The use of any false or fraudulent statement, whether written or oral, or any misrepresentation concerning the price, terms of payment, quality, quantity, or delivery of personal property, goods, wares, merchandise, or services;
      (7)   Violation of any other provisions of this ordinance.
   (B)   Such licensee, whose license has been suspended, may appeal to council and upon written notice to the clerk of council, may appear in person or by attorney at the next meeting of council. The decision of council shall be final.
