POSSESS or POSSESSION. Having control over a tobacco product.
SALE or SELL. Delivery, barter, exchange, transfer, gift, or offer thereof, and each such transaction made by any person, whether as principal, proprietor, agent, servant, or employee.
SMOKE. To burn any tobacco product including cigarettes, cigars, tobacco products in pipes, or other smoking devices or materials.
TOBACCO PRODUCT. Any substance which contains tobacco, including cigarettes, cigars, smoking tobacco, and smokeless tobacco.
USE OF TOBACCO. To smoke, chew, or retain any substance containing tobacco in the mouth.
