§ 110.15 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any organization, club, lodge, or society to serve, give away, sell or offer for sale, or consume on the premises any beer, wine, liquors, or other intoxicants between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.
   (B)   Hours of business for sale of beer and intoxicating liquors:
      (1)   No beer or malt beverages shall be sold or be permitted to be consumed upon the premises of a C1, C2, D1, D2, or D4 permit holder between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.
      (2)   No beer or intoxicating liquor shall be sold or be permitted to be consumed on week days on the premises of a D3a or D5 permit holder between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. No sales of intoxicating liquor may be made on Sundays after 2:30 a.m., except that intoxicating liquor may be sold on Sunday under authority of a permit which authorizes Sunday sale.
      (3)   D3 permit holder shall close at 1:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. on week days and all day Sunday after l:00 a.m.
