§ 110.65 POOL HALLS.
   (A)   (1)   The owner or operator of a pool parlor, where pool or billiard tables are kept for the use of public patrons, shall be subject to an annual license fee of $75 per table.
      (2)   If a pool parlor keeps more than four pool or billiard tables for the use of public patrons, the owner or operator shall be subject to an annual license fee of $500, in addition to the $75 per table license fee described in subdivision (A)(1) above.
   (B)   In such pool halls, all employees and persons using pool tables must be at least 21 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or adult.
   (C)   No license or renewal thereof shall be granted by the Safety-Service Director to any person unless the person be a citizen of the United States, be morally responsible, and shall never have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude or of a felony. No license shall be granted or renewed if a member of the applicant’s immediate family has been convicted of a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude or of a felony, if that immediate family member participates in the operation of the pool hall.
   (D)   License fees shall be payable January 1 of each calendar year.
