Every place in the city where beer or intoxicating liquor is sold for beverage purposes shall display at all times in a prominent place on the premises thereof a printed card which shall be issued by the clerk of council and which shall read substantially as follows:
WARNING TO PERSONS UNDER AGE.
You are subject to a fine up to $____ under the ordinance of the City of Cheviot, if you order, pay for, share the cost of, purchase or otherwise obtain any beer or intoxicating liquor, or misrepresent your age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining beer or intoxicating liquor. Whoever fails to comply with the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $____ for each offense.
