It shall be unlawful for any person owning or operating a store, restaurant, or a place of business in which beer, wine, spirituous liquors or other intoxicants are served, sold, or offered for sale, to operate or cause to be operated any device producing music or to present any musical or other entertainment, or other loud noises, including dancing, between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
