1305.02 RIGHT OF ENTRY; INTERFERENCE WITH DUTIES.
   The Electrical Inspector or his deputies shall, so far as may be necessary for the performance of their duties, upon proper identification, have the right to enter any building, site or premises. Any person interfering with them in the performance of their official duties shall be subject to the penalty provided in this chapter.

1305.03 NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE ADOPTED; PURPOSE AND COPIES. (REPEALED)
   (EDITOR'S NOTE: Section 1305.03 was repealed by Ordinance 9295-2006, passed June 20, 2006.)
1305.04 ELECTRICAL PROVISIONS REPEALED FROM REGIONAL CODES.
   All provisions of the Regional Dwelling House Code and Regional Building Code relative to electricity or electrical regulations are hereby repealed as such pertain to the City.

1305.05 REPORTS OF ACCIDENT OR INJURY.
   If any accident or injury occurs, whether resulting in a fatality or not, the accident or injury shall be immediately reported to the Electrical Inspector by the person whose equipment was involved in such accident. This applies to both interior and exterior installations, but excludes portable appliances.

1305.06 REMOVAL OR ALTERATION OF NOTICES.
   Whoever removes or alters any sticker or notice relative to electrical inspections or installations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the penalty provided in this chapter.
