The Building Commissioner may suspend or revoke any license or renewal thereof issued under the provisions and regulations of this chapter for any of the following reasons:
(a) Misrepresentation of a material fact by the applicant in obtaining a license or the renewal thereof;
(b) Use of a license in obtaining permits for another;
(c) Faulty or defective workmanship;
(d) Departure from or disregard of plans and specifications filed with the application for permits;
(e) The noncompliance with or violation of any provision or regulation of this chapter.
