1305.10 LICENSE APPLICATION; BOND.
   (a)   Every application for a license shall contain the name of the person applying for a license and the place of business of the applicant. If the applicant is a member of a firm, corporation, copartnership, association or any combination thereof, the application shh.ll contain the names and addresses of all members or officers, as the case may be and sa h other information as the Building Commissioner may require, together with a certified copy of the corporation minutes or other certified evidence showing that the applicant is duly authorized to represent an act for such business entity in all matters regulated by this chapter.

   (b)   Every applicant for a license as an electrical contractor shall, upon approval of application, furnish and file with the Building Commissioner a bond in the penal sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000), to be approved as to form by the Law Director and as to sufficiency by the Mayor, guaranteeing full and faithful compliance by the applicant with all the provisions and regulations of this chapter and the City Building Code.
