All electrical contractors licenses and all renewals thereof shall expire on December 31 of each year. Licenses may be renewed, provided all noncompliance with or violations of this chapter by the licensee have been remedied, upon application for renewal thereof to the Building Commissioner on forms provided by the Commissioner and upon payment of a renewal fee.
