173.02 FUNCTIONS.

   The functions and duties of the Committee shall be to facilitate the application and implementation of a Master Plan of the City of Beachwood by providing non-binding recommendations to the Mayor, City Council and the City's Administrative staff regarding the priority, necessity and relevance of the action items listed in the Master Plan. The Committee will provide its opinions and recommendations by way of Committee reports directed to the Mayor and Council.
