173.01 ESTABLISHED; MEMBERSHIP; TERM.

   There is hereby created a Master Plan Advisory Committee of the City of Beachwood which shall consist of the Mayor or his designee, one Department Director appointed by the Mayor, two Council members appointed by the President of Council; two members of the Planning and Zoning Commission appointed by the Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission; one City resident and one member of the Beachwood business community appointed by the Mayor. The initial terms of the appointed members shall expire on December 31, 2019; thereafter, appointed member terms shall expire on December 31st of odd numbered years.
