155.01   Jurisdiction.

155.01 JURISDICTION.

   The jurisdiction and authority of the Civil Service Commission is limited to only the classified employees of the City of Beachwood, as set forth in the Charter, and such jurisdiction and authority does not extend to any issues or matters relating to the civil service of any other governmental entity, including the Beachwood Board of Education, the Beachwood City School District, and/or its employees.
