171.01 ESTABLISHED; MEMBERSHIP; FUNCTIONS.

   (a)   There is hereby established a Storm Water Commission of the City of Beachwood which shall consist of the Mayor, one Councilmember, the Building Commissioner, the Staff Engineer, the Law Director or Assistant Law Director, the Public Works Director, and two citizen members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council.  The Clerk of Council shall be the Clerk of the Commission.

   (b)   The functions of the Commission shall be to facilitate the development of a Storm Water Management Plan, as required by the United States Environmental Protection Agency as part of the Phase II Storm Water Discharge Regulations.
