In the A-1 Agriculture District no premises shall be used and no building erected or used except for one of the following purposes:
(a) One single-family residence.
(b) Gardens (home).
(c) Cemetery.
(d) Farms.
(e) Crop production.
(f) Barn or stable for livestock.
(g) Pasturage.
(h) Customary accessory uses related to farming/agriculture use.
