SEC. 300. TWO-HOUR PARKING.

300.   TWO-HOUR PARKING.When signs are erected in each block, or portion thereof, giving notice, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than two hours at any time within the hours designated in any parking space upon any of the streets or portions thereof designated in Sections 564, 565 and 566 of this ordinance. EXCEPT SUNDAY.When signs are erected in each block, or portion thereof, giving notice, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any day, except Sunday, within the district and upon any of the streets or portions thereof designated in Section 571 of this ordinance. SEC. 305. NO PARKING ANY TIME EXCEPT SUNDAY.

SEC. 306. PARKING SIGNS REQUIRED.

306.   PARKING SIGNS REQUIRED.Whenever by this or any other ordinance of this City any parking time limit is imposed or parking is prohibited on designated streets or portions of streets, it shall be the duty of the City of Waterloo to erect or cause to be erected, appropriate signs giving notice thereof and no such regulations shall be effective unless signs are erected and in place at the time of any alleged offense.
