SEC. 288. PRESUMPTION IN REFERENCE TO ILLEGAL PARKING.

288.   PRESUMPTION IN REFERENCE TO ILLEGAL PARKING.In any proceeding charging a violation of any law or regulation governing the standing or parking of a vehicle, proof that the particular vehicle described in the information was parked in violation of any such law or regulation, together with proof that the defendant named in the information was at the time of such parking the registered owner of such vehicle, shall constitute in evidence a prima facie presumption that the registered owner of such vehicle was the person who parked or placed such vehicle at the point where, and for the time during which such violation occurred.

SEC. 289. PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.

289.   PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park any vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or portions thereof designated in Section 551 of this ordinance.

SEC. 290. NO PARKING BETWEEN SIGNS.

290.   NO PARKING BETWEEN SIGNS.When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle between signs designating "No Parking Between Signs" upon any of the streets or portions thereof designated in Section 552 of this ordinance.

SEC. 291. NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER.

291.   NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER.When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park any vehicle between the corner and a sign designating "No Parking Here to Corner" upon any of the streets or portions thereof as designated in Section 553 of this ordinance.

SEC. 292. NO PARKING HERE TO DRIVE.

292.   NO PARKING HERE TO DRIVE.When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park any vehicle between the drive and sign designating "No Parking Here to Drive" upon any of the streets or portions thereof as designated in Section 554 of this ordinance.

SEC. 293. NO PARKING HERE TO TRACKS.

293.   NO PARKING HERE TO TRACKS.When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park any vehicle between the tracks and a sign designating "No Parking Here to Tracks" upon any of the streets or portions thereof as designated in Section 555 of this ordinance.

SEC. 294. NO PARKING HERE TO ALLEY.

294.   NO PARKING HERE TO ALLEY.When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park any vehicle between alley and a sign designating "No Parking Here to Alley" upon any of the streets or portions thereof as designated in Section 556 of this ordinance.

SEC. 295. NO PARKING MAIL DROP.

295.   NO PARKING MAIL DROP.When signs are erected giving notice of "No Parking Mail Drop" no person shall park any vehicle upon any of the streets or portions thereof as designated in Section 557 of this ordinance.

SEC. 296. NO PARKING HOTEL ENTRANCE.

296.   NO PARKING HOTEL ENTRANCE.When signs are erected giving notice of "No Parking Hotel Entrance," no person shall park any vehicle upon any of the streets or portions thereof as designated in Section 558 of this ordinance.
