INSPECTOR IN CHARGE OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES
787.01. Office of Chief Inspector of Weights and Measures created.
   The office of Chief Inspector of Weights and Measures for the City is hereby created. He shall receive as compensation for his services the sum as is provided by the ordinances of the City. Before entering upon the duties of his office such Inspector shall take oath that he will honestly and impartially perform the duties of his office.
