It shall be the duty of every person, firm or corporation, when called upon to exhibit to such Inspector any weights, measures, scales, beams, steelyards or other machinery used by them, or intended to be used, for weighing or measuring any article or commodity, to permit such Sealer to examine, test and mark or seal the same.
