The Sleepy Hollow Park Advisory Board is hereby authorized to solicit and accept donations and gifts for the express purpose of supporting non-profit activities having to do with the development and programming of Sleepy Hollow Park. There is hereby established the Sleepy Hollow Park Advisory Board Trust Fund 906010-5636-T71514 to serve as a depository for all funds so received. Disbursement shall be made from such Trust Fund by the Director of Finance upon presentation of proper vouchers from the Sleepy Hollow Park Advisory Board and approved by the Department of Parks, Recreation and Forestry.
