CHAPTER 240: POLICE DEPARTMENT
Editor’s note:
   Council, by Ordinance 1995-80, passed April 17, 1995, adopted revised Rules and Regulations for the operation of the Police Department. Copies of these Rules and Regulations and of any amendments thereto may be obtained, at cost, from the Police Chief. The city enters into collective bargaining agreements, from time to time, with the Ohio Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, which agreements provide for terms and conditions of employment. The provisions of this chapter apply to those employees and those subjects not otherwise provided for in such agreements. In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of this chapter and a provision of any such agreement, the provision of the agreement shall control. Copies of the latest relevant legislation and of such agreements may be found in Appendix II following Title Ten of this Administration Code or may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
