§ 240.013 POLICE CHIEF.

There is hereby established the position of Police Chief. The Police Chief shall be appointed by the Mayor pursuant to Article V, § 5, of the City Charter. The Police Chief shall report directly to the Mayor and shall perform such duties as may be required by the Mayor pursuant to the position’s job description on file in the Human Resource Department.
