Pursuant to the provisions of R.C. § 715.50, the Police Department shall have the jurisdiction, power and authority to enforce all laws of the state and ordinances of the city on the land of Grantwood Recreational Park located outside the limits of the city to the same extent that such laws and ordinances are enforced within the limits of the city.
