The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to receive monies made available by mandatory fines and bail forfeitures pursuant to R.C. §§ 2925.03(J) and (K), and, in consultation with the Police Chief, to allocate these monies between the Police Confidential Investigation Fund, established pursuant to § 240.07, and the Law Enforcement Trust Fund, established pursuant to § 240.11.
