§ 97.037 REFUSAL OF RIGHT TO OPERATE ON CERTAIN STREETS.
   At times when there is heavy traffic on the streets, the police chief may refuse all advertising automobiles, trucks and vehicles the right to operate on the streets designated by him or her.
