GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 99.001 UNLAWFUL TO ENTER RESTRICTED AREAS WITHIN MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
   In order to protect the property of the city and that of its airport leasees and to comply with provisions of federal aviation regulations for airport security, the regional airport authority is authorized to exclude persons and vehicles from the parts of the municipal airport as may be deemed necessary. The regional airport authority shall cause to be posted in conspicuous places at, in and on the areas from which traffic and persons are excluded notices to that effect. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter, walk or drive upon the posted areas without permission from the airport manager.
