Owners of property abutting a city street or alley may petition the city to vacate the dedicated public right-of-way. No petition will be considered by the city unless it is signed by the owners of 100% of the property abutting a street or alley. A charge of $250 shall be made for filing a city street or alley right-of-way vacation petition.
