3-1-12: INSPECTIONS:
Any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic liquor shall be open to inspection by the health officer, president, trustees, and police officers of the village at all reasonable times, and at all times when the premises is open to the public for business purposes. (Ord. 344, 4-3-2012)
3-1-13: SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE:
The local liquor control commissioner may revoke or suspend any license issued under the terms of this chapter if he determines the licensee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter or any of the laws of the state of Illinois in regard to the sale of alcoholic liquor; provided that there shall first be a public hearing by the local liquor control commissioner after a three (3) day written notice to the licensee, affording said licensee an opportunity to appear. 3-1-14: APPEALS:
The village board of trustees shall have the right to review the conduct, acts and decisions of the local liquor control commissioner. Any person may appeal from any ruling or order of the local liquor control commissioner to the village board of trustees who may hear the matter and make a final decision. (Ord. 344, 4-3-2012)
3-1-15: VIOLATIONS; PENALTY:
   A.   Violation Of State Laws: Violation of the laws of the state of Illinois pertaining to alcoholic liquor shall constitute and be a violation of this chapter.
   B.   Penalty: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 344, 4-3-2012)
