There shall be no limitation of liquor licenses issued by the village, except for class A licenses which shall be limited to three (3). The local liquor control commissioner shall have the power to issue liquor licenses to any person who fully qualifies under the requirements of this chapter. Applicants for liquor licenses must meet the requirements of all local zoning, building and health regulations as well as all state liquor laws. (Ord. 344, 4-3-2012)
