3-1-2: LICENSE AND COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:

No person, firm or corporation shall sell or offer for sale at retail in the village any alcoholic liquor without having first obtained a retail liquor dealer's license, or in violation of the terms of such license, or in violation of this chapter. (Ord. 344, 4-3-2012)
