A. No licensee licensed hereunder shall sell any alcoholic liquor after one forty five o'clock (1:45) A.M. or before six o'clock (6:00) A.M., Monday through Saturday.
B. No licensee licensed hereunder shall sell any alcoholic liquor after one forty five o'clock (1:45) A.M. or before twelve o'clock (12:00) noon Sunday.
C. The area of the premises used for serving alcoholic liquor must be vacated by all persons other than the licensee, his employees, agents, servants and contractors no later than two o'clock (2:00) A.M.
D. Persons may remain in areas of the premises used primarily for food service or recreation after two o'clock (2:00) A.M. provided that no alcoholic liquor is present in such areas and that areas of the premises used to serve alcoholic liquor are physically closed to the public by a door or other barrier.
