3-1-1: DEFINITION:
For the purpose of this chapter, "alcoholic liquor" means any spirits, wine, beer, ale, or other liquid containing more than one-half of one percent (0.5%) of alcohol by volume which is fit for human consumption as a beverage. (Ord. 344, 4-3-2012)
