3-1-6: TERM OF CERTAIN LICENSES; PAYMENT OF FEES; NO REFUNDS:
Class A and B licenses shall commence on May 1 and shall terminate on April 30 of the following year. The license fees may be payable semiannually, in advance. No license fees shall be refunded. (Ord. 344, 4-3-2012)
